Since you use pix I would consider buying BlurXterminator and NoiseXterminator.
With a coat of each of these 2 plugins in your JPG (it should be done before the stretch of course) you see how the image changes:

Thank you very much for your interest mcastro!! Beautiful!! I've been thinking about trying Russell Croman's tools for a while now. I think they are miraculous,? but my partner and I want to improve ourselves in certain practical things in which we often make mistakes. Such as flats, collimation, tilt adjustment, dithering... Fix these things I'll definitely try them!!

They work very well and help to partially recover some problems related to seeing and mechanics (e.g. collimation) although clearly if you start collimated well they will work even better.
In a newton, however, collimation is 90% of the work, if you understand how to do it well you are really on horseback. I had a
200/1000 and I had fun with it, but in the end, to abolish all the collimation and tilt defects, I had to put a rigid retrofit and a serious focuser. But in any case, even as Skyw produces them, they are discreet for amateur use, but they must be kept "in order".

Thank you mcastro.. We have been practicing for a little less than two years and we are now beginning to understand certain problems. When it comes to Newton Skywatchers, you're right! With a nice quality refractor some problems would improve ;-) But before we sell a kidney, we will logically continue to gain experience. We don't feel ready for serious equipment yet. Anyway I'll try the Rc tools soon, I'm curious now :-)
