The baroque fantasy that frames this papal coat of arms of Clement XII by two angels with the trumpets of the apocalypse always leaves you stunned. The balustrade of the Palazzo della Consulta is excellently reproduced, with the light that clearly highlights the volumes.
Bravo Fabio!

Great detail. Well recovered. Nice definition 8-) The 28-70 knows what it's doing... even the photographer ;-)

Details make the difference, someone said (rightly I add). A beautiful detail very well captured on a bright and clear day. For the rest, I fully agree with Kenzo_jo's excellent comment. Congratulations Fabio.

I've always been an admirer of the 16:9 cut, ever since I used and abused it with a particular smartphone (LG G4). Also noteworthy is the fact that it is performed with manual focus lens and not stabilized (with this light the problem is zero and you shoot much over 1/70, but nowadays I would be incapable with such a lens).

Thanks to everyone, they are simple shots, I like to capture details that would be lost in wide-angle photos
@Claudio. It's less complicated than it seems, of course the AF is comfortable, essential, in many other situations; I have a couple of Canon zooms for occasions when it's needed. But I have a lot of fun with my 'old' zeiss manuals. And on top of that, the small VS 27-70 from 35 onwards is superior to the canon 24-105. And I wouldn't have said that given the "age" difference. The 24-105 is priceless though as an all-rounder.
here is the building in its entirety @28mm:

Yes, the lens "microcontrasts" well.
