My first OLYMPUS OM10 SLR sent on January 18, 2024 (16:31) by Fotocrep. 17 comments, 220 views. [retina]

f/1.8, ISO 3200,

At the time I bought the om2n that I still have with 28-50 and 300 that I used in photographic safaris and sporting events, every now and then I shoot an ilford fp4 film to remember the old days, it was not the first love, maybe the third or the fourth, but still after more than forty years it is still my working lover :-D

@Il Naïve I don't know if in those days it was better because you had less, certainly analog photography was more complex and difficult, the choice of the reflex, the film, the shot and the development, all dictated by the little money in your pocket. But how beautiful it was... Hello

My first reflex was an OM40, which I sold very soon to get a used OM1 and then "inherit" my father's OM2n when he moved to Minolta.
I still have both and still use them. Recently I also used them in the studio, connected to a Godox 2.4G trigger with remote control of the flashes...

Om10 from the 80's was my grandfather's and passed on to me. I keep it as a great memory, I dedicated an image
to it

I started in 2003 with a compact Olympus. Like you :-D, I was accompanied to the Ottica Centrale in Vicenza where I spent 500 euros for a 3.2 mp with a 10x superzoom.

@Federyko the OM1 was too much for me, it was always a dream. I remedied this by putting the manual adapter on my OM10, but it wasn't the same. Hi Federyko

@Omar Oliviero, the central optic was a well-known and rare shop, how do you feel about the OM 10? Do you use it? Hi Oliviero

Mythical! My cousin had it and he was thrilled with it. At the time, however, I had, happily, Contax 8-)

@Carlo Alfonso, yes I remember the Contax were superior, the Pentax, I was in love with the Petri, I don't know if you remember.
