I participated in the third and fourth edition because I love swimming in open water, the experience is unique although tiring, but it is worth it.

Si tratta di una Gara di nuoto di fondo agonistico master, per tutti gli atleti tesserati FIN. La traversata e' lunga 5 km. da Pedra longa a Santa Maria Navarrese appunto, siamo arrivati alla decima edizione. Ho partecipato alla terza e quarta edizione perche amo nuotare in acque libere, l'esperienza e' unica benche' faticosa, ma ne vale la pena.
Si Loris, e' uno sport davvero duro che richiede parecchio allenamento e cura del corpo, tuttavia se subentrano problemi fisici aime' non possiamo piu' permettercelo, perche' tu sai bene che in acqua non si scherza, specie se ci troviamo in mare. Ti saluto cordialmente |
