In rapida sequenza alla selvaggia bellezza delle Rocche si alternano, infatti, ordinati vigneti, boschi e frutteti. Fanno parte della denominazione di origine controllata e garantita “Roero” solo i vigneti in collina, punteggiati dai suggestivi ciabòt (un tempo ripari per i momenti di riposo).
