Un mattina esco di casa come al solito, sento un rumore sordo e vedo un'ombra nera cadere a terra a tutta velocità. In un turbinio di piume l'ombra si rivela essere una povera tortora con il suo assassino, uno sparviero che inizia a spiumarla davanti a me, incurante della mia presenza. Mi fiondo in casa a prendere la macchina fotografica per immortalare questa scena che mai avevo visto dal vivo...al momento dello scatto la tortora era ancora viva...
