Si tratta di un particolare ibrido di Geranio, noto come Geranio Rozanne o Geranio Blu, caratterizzato da una cascata di fiori tra l'azzurro e il violetto che dura da maggio fino all'inverno. Oltre al delicato colore dei fiori, il Geranium Rozanne è apprezzato per la resistenza al gelo (fino a -20°C) e la sua rusticità. Contrariamente al classico Geranio, perde le foglie in inverno, che cambiano colore virando verso il rossiccio prima di seccare e cadere: nella prossima primavera torneranno a spuntare e fiorire.
