Nella città vecchia di Hoi An c'é l'antica casa Quan Thang di costruzione cinese alla quale si può accedere e vedere le donne preparare i piatti tipici (quando ci sono stato preparavano una sorta di raviolo ripieno di verdure). All'ingresso di questa casa, con la splendida luce che arrivava dalla porta era seduto quest'uomo il cui volto mi ha molto colpito.
