, 1/250 f/16.0, ISO 100, hand held. Specie: Erinaceus europaeus

Thank you very much Werner, Bal and Claudio.
This hedgehog went well and he was lucky.
The foxes pee on the curls forcing them to open so as not to die asphyxiated, then bite them on the muzzle.
This is why I believe he was attacked by a dog, he bit him in several places without causing him irreparable damage.
Now I have built a fence to keep them safe.

Unfortunately in spring, along the roads, they find themselves dead, hit by cars, in large quantities. I hope that your pair will be able to breed and that they can manage to raise offspring. So much admiration for your business"
Greetings

Thank you very much Maurizio, now they always rest close and walk together.
Unfortunately, too many people don't care about nature, either out of ignorance or deliberately.
Sometimes foxes also run over me ...

Caring for a pair of hedgehogs and building them a fence. A valuable gesture and I think exciting. Let's hope he recovers or soon. We wait for new shots of the hedgehogs. Hello. Magú

I couldn't stand by and watch...
Nature always excites me and pushes me to do everything I can.
The female is already much better, the male is nice awake but needs other wound care.
Tonight I was until 4 to photograph them together, now they are exploring and later I will photograph them again.
I will try to show them to you as soon as possible.

Thank you so much Mary.
I've known the center for some time.
In the past, other hedgehogs have always come to the house, even a mother with her babies and I have always fed them.
I learned well how to take care of animals and nothing ever happened.
I feed these curls with kibble, apple and even a little chicken.
Unfortunately, milk is a wrong habit for many animals...
Despite the injuries the male is fine, as soon as he puts his head out he jumps on the female :-D
