Qui era La Habana del 2017 di fronte all'Hotel Habana Libre, quando tutto era nella "normalità" per Cuba, l'embargo imposto dagli USA colpiva duro, ma l'aiuto del turismo dava una spinta economica all'Isola Caraibica, lasciando momenti di vita quotidiana con spensieratezza e gioia, poi è arrivato l'inevitabile, la pandemia mondiale di covid che ha fatto più danni di 60 anni di embargo. Noi europei ancora ne paghiamo le conseguenze, forse quest'anno il turismo tornerà sopra le visite del 2019 (nei prossimi ponti il turismo muoverà dieci milioni di turisti in Italia) mentre Cuba è stata messa in ginocchio e non si sa per quanto ancora, nei prossimi mesi vi saprò dire come vanno le cose sull'isola più affascinante dei Caraibi, visto l'imminente partenza di mio figlio.
