"...per cui verrà a visitarci dall'alto un sole che sorge per rischiarare quelli che stanno nelle tenebre e nell'ombra della morte e dirigere i nostri passi sulla via della pace." (Luca 1,78-79). Un raggio di sole illumina questo dipinto, attraverso le grate a raggiera di questa antica chiesa del 1500, e crea questo effetto, per me suggestivo ed evocativo. La parrocchia di S.Maria della Croce si trova a Cercemaggiore (CB), nella parte superiore del paese ad una altitudine di 970 m. s.l.m. ed è una chiesa in stile latino costruita nel 1456. Condivido questa foto, leggermente tagliata, e le altre immagini, tutte jpeg in camera, intenzionalmente senza alcun intervento di PP. #Affreschi
