Alla sorgente dell'Arno l'antica acquacoltura compie la rinascita. Dopo pochi km da Capo d'Arno il Molin di Bucchio è il primo mulino che si incontra dalla sorgente dell'Arno e oggi fa parte del circuito EcoMuseo del Casentino. Quando, sei anni fa, due giovani del posto hanno deciso di investire su un futuro diverso per l'antico impianto e per l'intero ecosistema acquatico del Casentinesi. L'allevamento ittico, rimesso in funzione grazie al un gruppo di giovani, Coop In Quiete, si concentra in particolare nella riproduzione di specie autoctone per il ripopolamento dei corsi d'acqua locali. L'antico mestiere dell'acquacoltura montana è così tornato a nuova vita unendo salvaguardia della biodiversità, sostenibilità ambientale, educazione e storia. La fotografia è stata scattata nel 2016 durante una mia visita, nel primo commento un resoconto della storia, grazie a tutti per il seguito.
