Mushroom - Classification ?? sent on November 19, 2022 (19:24) by Mantor. 46 comments, 562 views. [retina]

at 198mm, 1/200 f/9.0, ISO 2000, hand held.

Beautiful mushroom, very sharp and well lit. It would look like a Lepiota, but I'm not an expert. Congratulations Mantor and regards, Massimiliano

It is definitely an amanita for the species would need more details, type of habitat, if you have photographed it now etc.

I add Amanita aprica is not reported in Italy, although we are also present Douglasia in abundance, as typus we are certainly approaching

Imagine Manlio, my fault that I assumed that you knew what is a Douglasia, cmq confirm that you found it in Italy? So at least let's try to narrow the circle

I really like this shot, beautiful colors and blurred.
Surely it is an Amanita but I do not know the precise species because I have never seen it
Congratulations Manlio, hello
