Mi é capitato di visitare nella campagna della Val di Chiana Aretina dei casolari abbandonati, un vero peccato ed uno scempio visto il valore di queste abitazioni, che hanno visto all'interno delle loro mura domestiche il passaggio e la vita quotidiana di intere famiglie di contadini, famiglie numerose che avevano bisogno di braccia in abbondanza per lavorare le terre. Dedico alle famiglie di quel tempo questa composizione.
