La mia prima foto su Juza, che avevo appena scoperto e di cui non conoscevo il funzionamento. Ho passato un bel po' di tempo ad osservare questi due ghepardi, nei pressi di una pozza. Ce n'era anche un terzo, in realtà - probabilmente erano tutti fratelli - ma questi si muovevano con una sorprendente sintonia. Il luogo, il Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park, è uno dei miei favoriti. Si sviluppa a cavallo tra Sudafrica e Botswana e confina con la Namibia. L'ambiente è semiarido, caratterizzato da dune di sabbia che assumono colori diversi, dal bianco al grigio al rosso del Kalahari e da scarsa vegetazione arbustiva.
