Venezia al quasi tramonto in controluce, mi ispira tutte le volte che ci vengo sempre vecchie e nuove emozioni. Mi riporta agli anni di liceo, e torno a Fusinato e alla sua “Ultima ora di Venezia”: “Passa una gondola della città: ― Ehi! della gondola qual novità ? ― Il morbo infuria... Il pan ci manca... Sul ponte sventola Bandiera bianca! “ (agosto 1849) Versi stupendi del nostro glorioso Risorgimento che, oggi suonano sinistramente attuali. Ma la magia di Venezia è anche fascino di un museo a cielo aperto che il mondo ci invidia…è gioia per gli occhi che ammirano le sue piazze, le sue calli, è ricordo di viaggi fiabeschi di coppie innamorate che l'hanno vissuta in una delle sue gondele, è musica, basta ricordare la splendida canzone di Charles Aznavour. E l'elenco potrebbe continuare all'infinito, ma mi fermo qui…ognuno ha la propria Venezia nella mente e nel cuore, e se qualche raro frammento coincide con questa foto colta al volo, non posso che esserne felice.
