Beautiful photo, it seems to me that there is posterization in the background, I do not know if they have already pointed it out, I had the same defect, it is not that it has improved so much in post :-D, it is difficult to remove that effect, at least for me, so much so that on many photos I no longer remove the noise from the background, I prefer to keep the noise trying to shoot at the lowest possible iso.

Bella la foto, mi sembra che ci sia posterizzazione sullo sfondo, non so se già te lo hanno fatto notare, io avevo lo stesso difetto, non è che sia migliorato tanto in post , è difficile levare quell'effetto, almeno per me, tanto che su molte foto non tolgo più il rumore dallo sfondo, preferisco tenermi il rumore cercando di scattare a iso più bassi possibile.
Comunque lo scatto è bello, ben composto e con buona luce
