Notizie sempre migliori per il dimenticato Kafue National Park in Zambia. Non solo African Parks (https://www.africanparks.org) ha firmato un contratto ventennale con il governo zambiano per la gestione del parco, ma dal vecchio branco "Shakalongo" si è staccato un gruppo di 4 adulti e 5 cuccioli che sembra stia formando un branco autonomo proprio nei dintorni del lodge. Qualche giorno fa, metre stavo facendo una camminata sulle rive del lago al tramonto, sono comparsi dal nulla a caccia di Puku (Cobus varrdonii) regalandomi quest'opportunità.
