#piazza #palazzo #autunno #fall

a summer where we still did not know what Covid and masks were
One day we will not know what the faces were without a mask.
Bel place and nice photo but watch out for the verticals ;-)
IN PP falling lines are to be corrected

Thanks Rinaldo for your welcome comment, next time I will try to straighten the lines even more, especially on the right :-)

the backward imbalance is the most annoying ;-)
It does not hang to the right but back. Never orient yourself to the right or left but orient yourself on the central part and then correct the falling lines

Thanks Rinaldo, unfortunately I do not have a post production program like Lightroom or Photoshop, for computer I only have Gimp, which among other things I need to put in that little time I have to look at the tutorials. At the moment what little I do I do with Snapseed, putting the photos taken with the camera. There is a way to make some corrections, but it does not always come at its best. As you said, I was wrong unbalanced back, thanks because this was something I didn't know :-)

You could try rawtherapee free and cross-platform program. There are geometric correction tools and they are easy to use.
A greeting

Hello. Rawtherapee is for windowos, mac and linux systems. I'm afraid there is no smartphone version. Keep in mind that if you don't process hundreds of photos you don't need ultra-fast or very recent PCs. Of course the latest processor on the market is a nice thing, but if you are satisfied you can do a little post production even with old PCs, dated, at the cost of a few seconds more time. Probably I'm a bit out of the chorus, after all I used, for registry, the cad on 8086, and do you know how long they rendered complex drawings? :-D :-D
A quick search for android alternatives:
https://alternativeto.net/software/raw-therapee/?platform=android
there are also free versions, but I personally have never tried them
a greeting

Ok, Fabio, thanks, today I try to take a look, by the way is just what I would like, to be able to work on the RAW file first :-)

your image a correct thread with rawtherapee and slightly 'cooled' (don't worry I didn't steal it :-D I used the screen capture :-) ) just to tell you that the correction is not at no cost, cut as you can see a portion of the image the larger the more important the correction to be applied. In general, if necessary, the distortion of the lens is also intervened if it is not already done 'in the room'.
Then then you apply the sharpness mask, if needed (at least for me the best results are in that order). Hello hello

Thank you very much Fabio, see how much there is to learn, you put me a lot of curiosity and desire to try with other shots :-)

Beautiful the sky covered by clouds and the stony carpet on the ground that contrasts it.
In my opinion the inclined lines in this photo are not so annoying and give more depth to the shot.
But I am of Mantuan origins... my opinion is biased :-D
