Manlio, allow me to clarify a bit...; in the Order of the cerambycid beetles (Cerambycidae) the genus (not Family) Callipogon is not present in Italy/Europe, but exclusively in the tropical region including all the Central/South America. Specifically, the specimen that you have well photographed, is called:
Aegosoma scabricorne, which is one of the largest cerambycids in Europe, the xylophagous larvae develop in rotting wood, so it is not considered a harmful species. The polyphagous adults are active from July to the whole of September, they are mainly nocturnal insects, during the day they are hidden under the bark of many plants, for example: walnut, oak, chestnut, but also in some plants present in ours. city.
Saluti Claudio ;-)

Hello Claudio, I'm glad you liked my shot but above all I'm happy with your very clear clarifications on the insect I photographed; I will make the necessary changes to both the title and the caption :-)
Abitually I do not shoot insects and I am not an expert connoisseur as surely you are.
I dedicate myself mainly to avifauna but if I happen to see an insect that I like I try to get out a good shot especially if it is in flight.
A cordial greeting, Mr Manlio
