Maximum thank you :-) Surely the E 646 is prettier than some modern locomotives, and more sober as well :-) I still don't mind your line today... on the contrary ;-)

The E646 in magnolia green coloring are in my personal opinion the most beautiful locomotives of the FS. These machines are linked to the memory of my travels during military service in Rome, 1977, at the head of the rapid Rome-Turin that took me home on licence.
A dear greeting, Maximus.

Gaetano :-) Wonder... maybe I would have been a bad railway worker and Heaven thought it right to keep me off the rails :-D
Massimo :-) how many memories, yes... the first specimens I saw were at the head of the rapid Roma-Lecce and then at the head of all those rapid and very direct and also directed between north and south
Gaz :-) "Cin cin come on, we are special, we wear glasses..." (at least I take them :-D)
Thank you all for your nice and empathetic presence that inspires memories of other times, when taking a train also meant bringing the smell home :-P
I'm there to everyone.
