A fine document that conveys the desire for justice of many, who complain about the length of our courts!

This is proof that the Italian judicial system is paralysed and that many events, and the consequences they have on individuals, not only remain unresolved, but are often carried out superficially. COVID has aggravated an already highly inadequate situation.
Compliments for the document, Peppe.

we are the country where white collar workers never end up in prison and often blame the magistrates.
You never wonder who enacted the laws on which magistrates decide.

it is a very delicate subject that in order to be able to eviscerate it would be necessary to know in depth how Italian justice works. In particular, criminal justice, aimed at ascertaining whether crimes have been committed and prosecuting the perpetrators. But these processes ,over time either go on prescription or testimonies are frustrated.
or significantly reducing penalties. unfortunately, that's the case. Very good Peppe always on the front line to expose these events.I offer a greeting Mario.

I spoke at length with some of them, they had photographs of their dead loved ones, 11 years around so to hear a final judgment very different from the one long awaited.
