Giuseppe... per i led non saprei dirti... so solo che quel pannello diffusore mi fa fare buone riproduzioni da diapositiva col semplice bilanciamento automatico del bianco in camera. Per i negativi, invece, che hanno quella maschera arancione/rossiccia, il ragionamento base, in virtù della successiva inversione, è quello di bilanciare quella maschera con il colore blu.
Stavo seguendo la strada del bilanciamento in camera fissando il valore del bilanciamento a 2500K che mi ha dato buoni risultati sopratutto sui negativi Agfa CNS e Kodak Gold, ma pure (vedi la Giusy n. 3) con la Reala della Fujifilm. Il fotogramma in questione è un negativo Reala Fujifilm da 100 Asa, esattamente come quell'altro, eppure l'altra foto mi è venuta fuori quasi subito, come per magia, e quest'altra no... infatti invece della Giusy, mi ha dato la signora in giallo.
Forse la maschera di questo negativo è un po' diversa per via di un trattamento o di una conservazione diversi, non so... messi a confronto nelle parti non esposte sembrano avere lo stesso colore.... ma potrei sbagliare e allora ci vorrebbe un colorimetro o un densitometro per valutare le differenze
Empiricamente so solo che fissando il bianco a 6500K e filtrando la luce del pannello a led (6000K) col foglio di acetato trasparente blu, sono riuscito a risolvere il rebus di questa foto
Per le prossime scansioni magari mi regolerò in questo modo: farò una specie di bracketing manuale col bilanciamento del bianco a tre o quattro diverse temperature di colore (es.: 8000K, 6500K, 5000K e 3500K) con e senza filtro blu per vedere quale "negativo" risponde meglio all'inversione dei colori
Diversamente mi procurerò, come dici tu, un diffusore di luce di altra natura (non fluorescente) e meno scadente.
