You knew how many "smashes" on that nose... especially on the original, which since 2004 is housed inside the Bardini museum!
The Florentine teenagers of yes or so (today there are few florentines in Florence 8-) ...) cultivated dreams and hopes under that lodge!

Beautiful and instructive caption for a really beautiful and particular fountain. A pill that is part of an immense puzzle of beauties that we are lucky enough to see all around us, in this country a little ruined but beautiful.
Thanks Annamaria, if always very good at telling these beauties, both as images and as a description

Among the many rubs on his snout I also put mine, way back in 2001. I kind of knew the story, but now I've filled in the gaps with your caption. A nice 10,as always.
A warm greeting, Alexander.
