Every morning (or almost) I go with my wife to take a walk to a pond a few kilometers from Campobasso. There's this heron fluttering. Until recently, as soon as he saw us and ran away. Lately he's been looking at us and staying where he's fishing. To take some pictures of him, we approached him to fly him. But after a while he comes back. The owner of the bar/restaurant located near the pond tells us that first there was also the companion/partner and that then they saw him dead on the frozen lake a couple of winters ago. He (or she) stayed here alone.

Il titolare del bar/ristorante sito nei pressi del laghetto ci dice che prima c'era anche il compagno/compagna e che poi l'hanno visto morto sul lago ghiacciato di un paio di inverni fa. Lui(o lei) è restato qui da solo.
Non è il mio genere, non ho l'attrezzatura adeguata per foto ad uccelli, ma mi piaceva condividere con voi questo scatto. |
