Andare a piedi mi aiuta a riflettere, a rallentare il ritmo frenetico delle giornate, a riscoprire la bellezza di particolari, scene e paesaggi che sono sempre stati li ma che non avevo mai notato perchè passavo in macchina o rapido e immerso in chissà quali pensieri. La vita è un viaggio da fare a piedi, con la libertà di andare in qualunque direzione si voglia che solo il camminare consente e prendendosi il tempo di respirare profondamente e osservare attentamente sfruttando tutti i sensi per vivere pienamente ciò che ci circonda. Il sentiero che punta verso il sole e la valle vuole essere una metafora di questi tempi dove si spera di essere arrivati al culmine e di cominciare a scendere verso un futuro più luminoso.
