Un breve tratto di strada nei pressi di Bregagh Armoy, a Ballymoney chiamato the dark hedges e che rappresenta uno degli angoli più magici e "fatati" d'Irlanda. Questo bel viale di faggi è stato piantato dalla famiglia Stuart nel XVIII secolo. L'antica famiglia nobiliare voleva creare un paesaggio spettacolare per impressionare i visitatori mentre si avvicinavano all'ingresso della loro villa georgiana, Gracehill House, che ora è diventato un club di golf. Due secoli dopo, gli alberi sono diventati uno dei fenomeni naturali più fotografati in Irlanda del Nord ... spero piaccia la mia visione.
