D'improvviso uscì dall'entrata di servizio con un piccolo seguito senza curarsi di eventuali pericoli e raggiunse il palco. Purtroppo avevo soltanto una compatta automatica che fuocheggiò sul braccio microfonato in primo piano, ma ne scaturisce un significato emblematico del nostro tempo. Per ottenere queste foto avvicinandomi abbastanza, lottai "ferocemente" e rischiai seriamente il soffocamento, ma più di così fu impossibile. Avevo mai avuto una cotale esperienza da "fotografo d'azione" e confidavo che la "forza bruta" mi sarebbe bastata per arrivare almeno a un metro da lui e ottenere anche un ritratto meno ambientato...
