La locotender CKD 477.003 era immatricolata presso le ferrovie cecoslovacche (CSD) ed il gruppo era formato da 60 macchine costruite fra il 1951/1955 dalle officine CKD Praha. Essendo una locotender aveva le scorte di carbone posteriormente e l'acqua in serbatoi lungo le fiancate; il peso a pieno carico di 137 ton; potenza 1590 kw; velocità max 100 km/h. La macchina è ricoverata presso il Museo di Luzna u Rakovna e si può vedere in attività su YouTube.
