Hello Alessandro, thank you for the ride.
I can only give giotto a pale idea of Giotto's wonderful masterpiece. I promise to go back and photograph maybe some particulars (it will be difficult to choose...).
a warm greeting.

When I went to Padua unfortunately I didn't even know what the photograph was... It seems to me that it was forbidden to photograph...

I remember this masterpiece well. Unfortunately I was there only once and without camera. It would be nice, but impossible to enter alone, car and easel to immortalize all this wonder properly.
How much your shot makes good the idea of Giotto's immensity ;-)

Beautiful photo. Just out of curiosity, I noticed that you paired this lens with an fx sensor. Didn't it create problems for you with vignetting? Considering also the maximum aperture of the diaphragm I mean. Thanks in advance!

Hello Enrico, thanks for the kind comment.
I used the Tamron DX version because at that time I still didn't have the full frame version (excellent), and I shot in crop mode (DX, about 10 mpx) so no vignetting.
In other shots I used the same lens shooting in FX format: at low focal lengths (about 14-16 mm) and apertures up to f / 5.6 approximately, the vignetting is contained, closing the aperture more the vignetting becomes more and more evident and unacceptable. So with the necessary settings even the DX lenses (in particular the wide angles) are usable on Full frame without the need for crop (there are some discussions about it on Juzaphoto).
I hope I answered your question.
A warm greeting and best wishes!
Luca
