Nice to use the closed diaphragm to take advantage of the star effect on the light points, but otherwise I must say that because of the point of shooting you perceive little the shape of the tree, which is also impaled by the buildings at the bottom.
I don't know Gubbio in the slightest, but I think that if we could shoot from a much further backward point, with the most defined tree and down the country. This would also avoid the large empty space dedicated to the sky, which is not functional to the shot.
Finally, I see a bit of reflex issues, probably caused by a lamppost too close and possibly shaving at the shooting point.
Good day!

John, thank you for the review. The fact is that I was trying to take some historic building of Gubbio along with the tree and they are not in perpendicular and other angles were not possible. Only the tree can be taken but 3 km away from the freeway and the buildings would be too small and with few details. Yes, I had a side light so the shot was limited. You're a pro, the thing is, I'm an amateur photographer. Gubbio is also known for hosting the fiction of Don Matteo and this photo in local facebook groups had a lot of acclaim. Happy holidays. :-)
