Zoropsis spinimana, non è pericoloso ed è uno dei ragni più grandi presenti in Italia. Molto diffuso in tutta la penisola, predilige vecchi casolari ma non disdegna le abitazioni moderne. La femmina può raggiungere i 2 cm di lunghezza del solo corpo. E' un ragno ma non forma la ragnatela. Va a caccia o si nasconde e fa l'agguato alle possibili prede. Questo ha un disegno sul dorso che richiama un umanoide. Gli Aracnidi sono comparsi sulla terra circa 200 milioni di anni fa, quindi molto prima dell'uomo. Forse voleva essere un'annunciazione?
