La chiesa di Saint-Marcellin, caratteristica dello stile Briançonnais, si trova al centro del quartiere Ville-Haute. Un importante edificio religioso nell'Alta valle della Clarée, risale alla fine del XV secolo. Costruito su iniziativa del re Carlo VIII a seguito di un voto fatto durante un pellegrinaggio a Nostra Signora di Embrun, occupa il sito di una vecchia roccaforte, il secondo castello di Nevache. Il campanile lombardo-romanico, visibile da lontano, risale al 1633 e copre anche la vecchia torre dell'XI secolo. La chiesa fu chiamata per la prima volta Saint-Peladon prima di prendere il nome del primo vescovo di Embrun, Saint-Marcellin. All'interno, la navata e il coro sono a volta con ogive. Una piccola cappella laterale si affaccia su una nicchia condannata da una porta in ferro battuto. Il coro espone una pala d'altare in foglia di larice dorato finita nel 1735 dove sono rappresentati San Peladio e San Marcellino.
