Peppe, there are tutorials on Youtube on how to do, but basically just unscrew 4 large and two smaller screws to remove the bayonet graft. I for safety I got the spare part first on Aliexpress, and then I did it all by myself with a normal hacksaw and with a bit of thin sandpaper to equalize the cut. In the picture below you can see the result. Of course you can use it from 14mm to 18mm on FF, unless you have vignetting.
