Questa vignetta satirica la ho scaricata dal web ed è stata disegnata da Giorgio Serra, in arte "Matitaccia", che da tanti anni, con i suoi bellissimi disegni, riesce a far spuntare un sorriso ovunque. "Matitaccia" (classe 1941) di professione era un geometra comunale mentre disegnatore lo è sempre stato per passione. Nativo di San Giovanni in Persiceto, un comune del bolognese, risiede a Bologna. Nel 1977 iniziò la sua collaborazione con Motospint per poi approdare ad Autosprint e nel seguito ha eseguito disegni un po' ovunque in giro per l'Europa... anche lunghi decine di metri. L'anno di pubblicazione della tavola qui riprodotta, nel sito da cui la ho estratta, è il 2018.
