Thanks Marzia, very rewarding your comment.
This recovery dates back some time ago and was the first lenticular I saw. Formed above the Etna, then the wind had brought it to the Tyrrhenian Sea.
In addition to its shape is made particular by the colors of the sunset.
Intrigued, I documented and later I saw some other.
are formed only in particular climatic conditions.
Thank you. Have a good night.

Splendia captures aerial nature, extemporaneous scenes that the Lanuta sometimes with creativity and disarming spontaneity give our eyes. But sparingly.
Bravo to grasp the expressive and scenic essence Sergio ;-): Congratulations.
A dear greeting, Claudio :-P

Thank you Claudio.
You're right, nature gives us fascinating scenographies, not only through flora and fauna, but also a cloud can take on such special connotates.
I wanted to include in the composition also a little ' vegetation, to make the size and majesty of this cloud, similar to an alien spaceship.
Glad you liked it.
A dear greeting
Sergio

Thank you, Pinitti.
suggestive shape, shaped by the wind and colors of the sunset.
I admit that just Vista has fascinated me, but also a little disturbing.
Its unusual form, it stimulated me to document myself and so I discovered how this cloud was born.
the name with which it is called, in Sicily, then, added further charm.
