... "The next day we came back to see if there was still..... we found only a piece of paw and a horn"...
in Nature everything is recycled... and even the unfortunate and sad fate of an individual... serves someone else to stay alive...

Nice catch, even the title attracted me and I hoped in an explanatory text that I found. Thanks for the great sharing of real life.

This is the nature....
the photo is very sharp and you can see well the cornual rings from which you may understand the age. I confirm that it is (was) an old male...

A picture table But a sad story that is part of the incessant cycle of life; Intense and attended story that leaves sorrow and a bit ' bitter in the mouth but it is nature, when it is time for man or animals, there is nothing to do, life takes its course and tomorrow is another day for those who remain or for those who are born...
Good Cinzia for the experience and shared, even photographically.
a good bye and Sunday: Claudio :-)

A sad story that however follows the natural cycle of life, alas... however exciting, in one way or another.

Good Cinzia, the photo accompanied by the caption makes us understand how many times we interfere unjustly in the cycle of nature. Unfortunately it is so and it is right that it went like this!
a nice document.

Poor! :-(
Unfortunately it goes like this, in nature. Better not interfere and let the habitat handle these situations!

Thank you all, you are all right obviously the circle of life goes on even if we disagree :-D, it is not so much the recycle in nature that left me sad, stupidly I thought that when an animal is at the end of his life, usually, comes out of the herd and goes to Finding a place to die in peace, I didn't think he could fall from the ridges.. Here :-/, see with the naked eye this leap in the void has left me putty ;-)

I am so sorry EMME I did not want to cause pain, I'll tell you if I would not stop the others I would have approached to comfort him, I am done so when there is a wounded animal I try in every way to help him, I almost quarreled with the ranger, but nothing adamant , they just told me that if he was younger maybe you could try something... :-(but it was an old specimen and it was better to leave it there... I just hope. died before he was the. Someone else's meal.
Thanks a lot to you too Micia87
