, 1/160 f/3.5, ISO 400, hand held.

Lente utilizzata Sigma 180mm f/3.5 EX DG HSM Macro.

You probably wanted to experience something, maybe the use of a filter, but I think you should have accompanied the image with two lines to explain to those who did not understand the intent.

Hello Pigi,
actually the "haze" created is given by the strong backlight present at the time of the shot (wanted), no filter.
The title "Highlander" wanted to re-hang the immortality of the character of the famous movie and bring it back to the two dry leaves (sharp part of the photo), which still portrayed on the tree (they were the only ones in the whole garden) in mid-January, in my opinion has an unusual.
Actually, with hindsight, I could have explained what I had just written.
Thank you for the Pigi intervention!

Your intent is clearer. Perhaps if possible you should have better controlled the exposure for the highlights at least to allow a better reading of the two subjects while maintaining as much as possible the effect of the backlight.

I do not quite understand the subject of the shot explained by you later.
It was definitely interpreted.

Met, Pigi, thank you for the passage and constructive comments.
I'm going to try to review some of my experiments.
Thank you again.
