con il cinghiale in umido vedo meglio i porcini neri  per l'ovulo invece "la morte sua" è crudo con olio, sale e pepe nero.

in realtà monte Arcosu non è che una parte della macchia/foresta a leccio più estesa del bacino mediterraneo ; questi sono esemplari trovati sui versanti che danno verso il mare dello stesso comprensorio boschivo !
