Festa del Bigonzone, Monterubiaglio http://www.monterubiaglio.it/ E' questa un' antica tradizione. Ultimata la vendemmia, una parte dell' uva raccolta veniva pistata e messa in un grande bigoncio per una lenta fermentazione. Dopo circa un mese, in genere per l'estate di san Martino, si chiamavano gli amici, si spillava il vino novello, si faceva merenda e si scherzava insieme...e naturalmente si cuocevano le caldarroste.
