Super fine. It is only 28mm but somehow gives a 'fish eye' -like perspective! Great shot. Very nice delicate but deep colours too!

The 28th is really good optics. Any diframma always returns so much sharpness. Now I have it for sale here on the market, because I would try the 16-35 F4 IS. But I'm a little sorry to give it away.

I 'have' the 28mm in 18-55 (2.8-4 OIS) kit lens. I think you are right to go right for the 16-55 lens as the extra 2 mm on the wide end sure will help in many shots. But if you do like having it wide then save some money go to the 10-24 mm lens which is a joy to use. I do not have it but I used it. I think the best wide from Fuji, except 16 mm prime.
