E' conosciuta soprattutto per la sua grande concentrazione di negozi che vendono tutti i tipi di apparecchi elettronici, anime, videogiochi ed articoli per adulti. Probabilmente è la più vasta area di vendita del mondo per beni elettronici e computer. Ho scelto questo quartiere, per la sua posizione centrale, per la mia prima visita a Tokyo (tornerò a Tokyo alla fine del mio viaggio per vedere la parte occidentale di questa gigantesca metropoli).
