La dove l'uomo con la sua sapiente arte ha saputo nel corso dei secoli modificare, migliorare dolci colline adattandole alla produzione di quel nettare di vino che ha come nome: Barolo, Barberesco, Barbera e la lista potrebbe continuare quasi all'infinito, qua in queste terre che grazie al loro terreno alla sapiente opera dell'uomo che tra Langhe e Monferrato sono state inserite nel Patrimonio dell'umanità, l prima volta del vino inserito nel patrimonio. Un patrimonio fatto anche e sopratutto di arte perchè fare il vino è un arte che si perde nei tempi. Pareri e consigli ben accetti.
