Lo “Stradun” (Stradone), o Placa (Corso) come lo chiamano i locali, è la principale area urbana all'aperto di Dubrovnik (l'antica Ragusa). È lungo circa 300 metri ed è il cuore della bellissima città. Vi hanno luogo tutte le feste e le manifestazioni pubbliche e rappresenta la principale via d'affari della città oltre che la via di comunicazione più breve tra la porta cittadina occidentale e quella orientale.
