La Skeleton Coast è un tratto di costa lungo 200 Km circa che si snoda sulla costa Atlantica della Namibia. Deve il suo nome al inospitalità del luogo circondato dal deserto e dal oceano. Lungo questa costa si possono avvistare innumerevoli imbarcazioni che nel corso dei secoli si sono arenate o che perdevano la rotta a causa delle correnti, e dei fondi sabbiosi che le facevano arenare. Questa nave è stata fotografata sulla strada che porta verso Cape Cross la punta estrema del parco nazionale della Skeleton Coast.
