Went out yesterday morning with the macro lens, looking for buds and any signs of new growth.
None!
But I liked these on the riverbank and as I pushed myself into the sprawling plant, trying to get the shots, I found how those barbed hooks had transferred several of those seed heads onto my fleece jacket.
It was quite windy and this is a real life situation, so there were always unavoidable distractions in the frame - this was about the cleanest, compositionally. |
