Etna "La Signora degli Anelli" Un fenomeno raro, dove un anello di vortice visibile di vapore e gas viene espulso da uno sfogo vulcanico. Condizioni particolari, gas e vapore espulso da uno sfogo può formare anelli di gas. Probabilmente richiede una configurazione particolare geometrica di un uscita di sfiato circolare, come pure l'espulsione dei gas in singoli sbuffi con appena la giusta velocità. Questo fenomeno è abbastanza raro, ma è stato assistito a numerosi vulcani, tra cui Etna e Stromboli.
