Il piccolo presbiterio ed il coro, insieme a una ancona d'altare di scuola tirolese, presentano un coevo ciclo di affreschi absidali dipinti nel 1546 da Vincenzo De Barberis, noto artista bresciano della cerchia di Bernardino Luini, che per trent'anni ha lavorato in Valtellina. Il racconto pittorico che Vincenzo De Barberis svolse nell'abside della chiesa di Teregua, è dominato dall'iconografia della Trinità e dei quattro Evangelisti, ma al tempo stesso rende omaggio alla devozione popolare: Agata, Agnese, Lucia, Barbara e Caterina vergini martiri, compaiono vicino ai Santi Giorgio, Antonio, Rocco e Nicola.
