good start ...
nice image (and beautiful vantage point ... dark!). If you want to get rid of that reflected in the lower right corner (like rocket) due to the lamppost ...
hello,
David

Thank you!

Count that I bought the tokina and the tripod just before the holidays just in anticipation of photos like this:-D

The place was gorgeous: I was in the bar made from an old mill on the edge of the only town on the island, lights to illuminate the outdoor tables were minimal and allowed to enjoy the starry sky. I have others with even less light pollution but this I liked very low on the horizon and illuminated the cliffs near the island.

As for the flare I had thought, but being a beginner in PP we lose a lot of time to do a decent job so in the meantime I have posted this: fconfuso:

PS: Known only now the horizon wrong! :-|

I agree with the comments of David! With little effort in PS, with the Clone Stamp tool, eliminate the reflection.

You've convinced me: the weekend I'll try to play with the clone stamp! :-D

More tips to improve shooting?
In this I tried to play with the luminosity mask (thank you for sharing SimoneP-92 action) more unsharp mask final but I'm not sure I'd done a good job fconfuso:

Maybe a light brightened the sky would help to bring out the best Milky Way. But by one click so short you can not expect much more.
Keep it up!

I see from the exif that you used f/3.2...perchè not 2.8? the tokina is useful because of it, you use it at full aperture and reduce the sensitivity iso ... next time you do that ;)

@ Cobarcore:

Thanks for the advice, I'll try to do as you say and see what comes out ;-)

@ Andrea100n:

As said the tokina I had just bought and they were the first pictures that we did, as they were the first pictures of the Milky Way, so I've experienced enough: f2, 8 or f3, 2 ISO 1600 or 3200, 25 or 30 seconds .. .

The most I've done in 3.2 without reason: the tokina is very good already wide open! Regarding the ISO setting them in 1600 (my 550d does not allow you to select the villages of stop) the amount of visible stars is drastically reduced, so after a couple of tests are back to using the ISO 3200

Add a new modified version, I removed the flare and tried to bring out more of the milky way, but maybe I exaggerated ...

I guess that's much better! Maybe it's a little out of magenta on VL, but its visibility is excellent.

Excuse my ignorance, I'm still an amateur, even a rookie, I got the d3300, I know it is not the top for the stars, but I wanted to figure out how to solve the problem of light, that is the picture I get light, it seems that day rather than at night. You know you help me? Thanks in advance!

Hello Owodanyowo, there are certainly a lot of discussion on the topic where you can read many more tips to how many you can give me in these few lines, then you should look for them and read them to learn more.

Meanwhile, I can tell you that in addition to the camera matters a lot also the goal: a wide-angle light (like the tokina I use) is not essential but it helps a lot. The really important thing, however, is taking place in a really dark, moonless nights and low humidity in order to have the most clear sky possible.
There is more light pollution and humidity, the brighter the background of your photo and it will be virtually impossible to bring out the Milky Way, with a very thorough post production

Thanks Sandro of compliments!
It considers that the night was not even too dark, because I was next to a bar and had a street lamp nearby (you lower right note).
The tokina for now can not sell it :-D
I like it too although I had to change the flat cable that controls the diaphragm
