Non credo dipenda neppure dalla lente che può dare aberrazioni varie, ma non incide sul rumore.
Non è che, visto che non usavi una lente macro, hai per caso croppato l'immagine per ingrandirla ?
Potrebbe essere una spiegazione.
Altre cause davvero non saprei trovarne.

Come tu stessa dici può dipendere dal fatto che nella precedente avevi aumentato troppo la nitidezza, anche se a soli 800 ISO e con una macchina come la 6d il problema di solito non sussiste. Pensa che l'unica macro che puoi vedere nella mia galleria è stata scattata con una macchina più obsoleta della tua (5d mark 2) e con un obiettivo non macro (Tamron 70 300) a 3200 ISO e incredibilmente non si nota alcun rumore......vai a capire.....forse dipende dal fatto che ho scattato in pieno giorno, non so come erano le condizioni di luce quando hai scattato.....

La nitidezza falla sul file RAW ma non andare oltre 5 6. Poi verifica il settaggio della macchina nelle impostazioni stile immagine. lascia la nitidezza bassa.
